How Gifts Make a Difference

Students pursuing our Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Mechanics and Aerospace programs need industry-standard equipment to measure, analyze, design, and build — and the field of mechanical engineering continues to evolve. You can help provide students with up-to-date tools and consumable materials for their creative designs and explorations. Gifts of all sizes supplement our core equipment funds to give students extraordinary, immersive learning experiences.

Why We Need Your Support

Demand for Wisconsin’s mechanical engineering and engineering mechanics graduates continues to grow. Your gift helps ensure that we can provide the essential hands-on experiences and creative opportunities for students in both programs, ranging from designing cranes and wind tunnels as first-year students, to developing and testing devices and systems for real-world clients as seniors.

Gifts will be contributed to the Department of Mechanical Engineering Fund – 112571400 at the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
