UW Division of Extension’s Literacy Link program offers a suite of strategies designed to connect children and parents in justice-involved families through literacy-rich experiences and environments. The Literacy Link partners with jails, criminal justice organizations, libraries, and others to foster healthy family relationships and promote language and literacy skills in children. By donating to the Literacy Link, you are helping young children who have a parent or caregiver involved in the local correctional systems to access educational opportunities and resources.
