Thanks to the Ziegler Family Foundation, Joyce and Fred Rosevear, and Peter Shapiro, once the Department of Psychology Fund receives 150 gifts during Day of the Badger, $20,000 will be unlocked.

Students in the Department of Psychology are tomorrow’s change makers, shaping the future of mental health care, providing valuable psychological insights in legal settings, and driving innovation in education, business, and public policy.  

With more than 1,400 undergraduates, we are one of the most popular majors on campus. Our highly selective graduate programs cultivate a distinguished cohort of scholars dedicated to excellence. To serve our students well, we need your support to: 

  • develop new courses and community partnerships that enhance student learning and promote career readiness 
  • expand research initiatives that address real-world challenges in health and well-being across the lifespan 
  • create awards and events that recognize student success, celebrate achievements, and foster connections within the department
