The WAA: Brown County Chapter provides scholarship funds to local students who plan to attend UW–Madison. We raise money for these scholarships with a variety of fun and educational activities in the famous Badger tradition. Our scholarship program is academic-based, although need-based factors are considered as well. The number and size of scholarships vary each year based on funding availability and number of applicants. Since our scholarship program began in 1980, we’ve given over $380,000 to more than 250 students from the greater Green Bay area.
