At the Wisconsin School of Business, we believe every student should engage in immersive career exploration and real-world business environments outside the classroom.

Experiential learning opportunities—such as career treks, job shadows, and case competitions—help students find their path in business and equip them with the applicable skills and mindsets for professional success. These experiences are highly impactful, but financial barriers currently limit some Business Badgers’ ability to participate. That’s where alumni and friends like you come in.

Your gift makes experiential learning possible for more students, allowing them to engage with business beyond the boundaries of the classroom. In addition to building valuable and transferable business skills, many of these opportunities also result in job offers and internships.

How Gifts Make a Difference

  • $250 sponsors a student’s participation in Business Badger Launch, an orientation program for first-generation and underrepresented students in business.
  • $500 helps a group of students participate in job-shadow opportunities at companies like Deloitte, 3M, and PwC—providing exposure to the workplace and opportunities to make professional contacts.
  • $1,000 funds a student’s participation in a career trek to visit companies in Chicago, New York, Austin, and more.
  • $5,000 sponsors a student group’s participation in a national case competition.

From orientation to job offer—your Day of the Badger gift of any amount helps Business Badgers elevate their WSB education.

Gifts will be contributed to the Wisconsin School of Business Fund – 112172210 at the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
