Help us celebrate 15 years of UW–Madison’s Center for Healthy Minds (CHM) and raise $15,000 to support global well-being!
If you’ve noticed a critical level of worldwide suffering lately, you’re not alone. At CHM, we’re committed to innovative, interdisciplinary, and collaborative scientific research to better understand the nature of well-being and how we can individually and collectively work to improve it.
We are honored to serve the Wisconsin Idea through community, national, and global impact, as well as institutional excellence. A center like this can only exist at UW–Madison!
With support from UW alumni and supporters like you, we’ll continue cultivating well-being and relieving suffering through a scientific understanding of the mind, working toward a vision of a kinder, wiser, more compassionate world.
Your kindness and generosity will genuinely make a difference by supporting the urgent aims we are exploring through current research and initiatives, including:
- Innovative, science-backed interventions to help prevent suicide and cultivate well-being.
- Solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to deliver well-being content, when people need it most, through a person’s mobile device.
- Research on why and how chronic inflammatory diseases can compromise brain health and increase dementia risk.
- Research into how the Healthy Minds Program may impact the body and mood, to help those with depression.
- Community-engaged research to support “mindful reentry” for incarcerated people.
- Research on mobile technologies to help treat and prevent adolescent depression.
Your gift today — of any size — will help CHM bring the science and tools of well-being to millions more.
