The Information School (iSchool) at the University of Wisconsin–Madison is a national leader in preparing talented students to thrive as information professionals at the intersection of technology and humanity.
Our history dates back more than 100 years to when the Wisconsin Library School became part of the university, and our library and information studies degree continues to thrive. As a founding department of the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences, the iSchool trains innovative information professionals across a diverse array of degree programs exploring the complex interactions between people, data, and technology.
