Law School

The University of Wisconsin Law School Annual Fund is one of our most essential tools for supporting students throughout their Law School experience.

It’s the most direct way our alumni can help UW Law provide our renowned Law-in-Action education to build our students into change agents for the future. Gifts to the annual fund allow us to address unplanned challenges in thoughtful and innovative ways.

This past academic year, annual fund dollars were used to:

  • Attract and retain highly qualified faculty members, advancing our position as a premier research and teaching institution.
  • Strengthen our competitiveness to recruit a well-rounded and diverse class by providing scholarship resources so that students are not dictated by their debt load when making career choices.
  • Improve our student support by increasing programming and staffing in our career services and student affairs departments.
  • Enhance student enrichment and outreach opportunities by providing resources for students to travel for moot court and mock trial competitions and host and attend student-led virtual and in-person conferences, lectures, and activities.
