At UW–Madison, students arrive with a wide range of political perspectives, religious and nonreligious worldviews, cultural and geographic backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. Your gift to the Student Success and Belonging Fund supports the spaces, relationships, and programs that help students connect, develop confidence, and flourish in a campus community shaped by many different experiences and points of view.
This includes the centers and programs that make up Student Success and Belonging:
- Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Student Center
- Black Cultural Center (BCC)
- Center for Interfaith Dialogue
- Disability Cultural Center (DCC)
- First-Generation and Limited-Income (FGLI) Services
- Gender and Sexuality Campus Center (GSCC)
- Latine Cultural Center (LCC)
- McBurney Disability Resource Center
- Multicultural Student Center (MSC)
- Indigenous Student Center (ISC)
- University Veteran Services (UVS)
Your generosity helps us meet students where they are — especially those who are the first in their families to attend college or who are navigating financial barriers. With the Class of 2029 including the highest number of first‑generation students in 20 years and a record percentage of Pell Grant recipients, your support is critical as we launch First‑Generation and Limited‑Income Services this spring.
Gifts to this fund help expand mentoring and coaching, strengthen peer connection and leadership opportunities, and sustain welcoming spaces where students can build relationships, navigate challenges, and fully engage in the Wisconsin Experience.
Student Success and Belonging is a unit of Student Affairs at UW–Madison.
