The Undergraduate Student Success Fund holds the potential to transform the lives of students and is a pivotal force in shaping the transformative experiences of students within the Wisconsin Union. Recognizing the profound impact that student involvement at the Union has on their educational journey, the Wisconsin Union has always been steadfast in its commitment to providing students with unparalleled growth opportunities. This commitment is evident in the initiatives led by the Wisconsin Union Directorate (WUD) and other Union-sponsored student groups. These student leaders organize thousands of events and experiences annually, offering their peers and the broader campus community real-world applications of learned skills and avenues for personal growth — an effort equivalent to a fellowship or internship experience.

The Undergraduate Student Success Fund aims to amplify student success both inside and outside of the classroom. Your support will empower students to engage in experiential learning, high-impact practices, and the cultivation of intercultural competence. The fund’s impact extends across all student leaders at the Union, ensuring inclusivity regardless of socioeconomic status, degree, major, or academic year. By supporting fellowships, internships, scholarships, and other valuable learning opportunities, such as professional development conferences and seminars, your contribution plays a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our students.
